I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was stylish, with stunning location near to the park, subway, and the central area of Madrid. Booked a room with a comfy bed. The decor was comfortable and the staff were efficient and qualified.

Staff genuinely warm, location fantastic.

Sophisticated and clean property with really great service and good value. Qualified staff and particularly good and fantastic location close to bars and restaurants. 400 m from Serrano station.

Beds were uncomfortable.

The Beautiful Junior Suite offered beautiful design and ample natural light. Breakfast featured delicious pastries and rich coffee. Minor noise from the hallway did occur, but overall, my experience was good.

Very flexible staff and good service

It was silent, spotless and with a good bar.

the air conditioning wasn't working properly. but the staff was very friendly! the beds were comfy and we liked the quality of the toiletry products. and the location is perfect for easy walks to the park and museums!

Very close to the best shopping avenues.Nice & easy walking route to most sightseing venues.Good breakfast. Free Wi Fi.Nice restaurants nearby.

Awfull toilet smell

The hotel is clean and thankfully has a personal feel to it, unlike many other chains that you stay in. The location is perfect and in a very safe area surrounded by tree lined streets. I have stayed here on many occasions and will happily return. If you are looking for a hotel with good facilities and a restaurant, this may not be for you, but to use as a base it's ideal.

The spacious Beautiful Double Room featured high ceilings and beautifully curated decor that added to the chic atmosphere. I loved enjoying breakfast with fresh pastries and rich coffee.
